- Account data: name, work email, company, website and password when you create an account or book a demo.
- Creator data: social handles, audience metrics, shipping address (for product fulfillment) and payment details for payouts.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser information, IP address and approximate location.
- Communications: messages exchanged through the platform, support requests and survey responses.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide and operate the Services, including matching brands and creators, fulfillment tracking and reporting.
- Process transactions and send related notifications.
- Improve and personalize the Services, including developing new features.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) brands and creators you choose to work with, to the extent needed to run a campaign (e.g. shipping address shared with the brand's fulfillment provider); (b) service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, analytics, payments, e-mail) under contractual confidentiality obligations; (c) authorities when required by law; and (d) a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.
